Using the Rope Wall Toward Asana
Understand and feel the muscular support and breath underlying the asana as you explore first
supported and then free-standing poses.  (1½-hour class)

Tuesdays, 4:30pm - 6:00pm or Saturdays, 9:30am - 11:00am

Restorative/Pranayama Yoga
Approach yoga poses in a more effortless way using props such as blankets, straps, bolsters, blocks as
well as the floor and yoga wall as elements of
support.  Practice a range of breath techniques which
can bring
smoothness and rhythm to your physical and emotional states.  (1½-hour class)

Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:30pm, Saturdays, 8:00am - 9:30am, or Sundays, 8:00am - 9:30am

Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga   
Integrate breath, form and movement in a balanced sequence of yoga postures done in a continuous
.  This class works with variations of sun salutation followed by savasana.  (1½-hour class)

Keeping Yoga Simple
Explore the asanas for simplicity and ease of movement in a back to basics approach.  (1½-hour class)
