Vinyasa - Flow Yoga with Rebecca Bleivik

Vinyasa is a yoga practice linking yoga movements to create a flowing sequence of postures.  This
style synchronizes posture with breath thus producing internal heat and detoxifying muscles and
organs.  The practice starts slowly and carefully, moving with awareness.  The body warms and the
movements flow.

For this class, the Sun Salutation, a basic sequence, will move from
simple to more complex and demanding variations. This ancient and beloved
series of postures benefits the body by:
•        Moving and opening the spine.     
•        Promoting flexibility of the limbs.
•        Regulating the breath.                    
•        Focusing the mind.

Pranayama - Breath Mastery with Paul Hajdukiewicz

The breath vitalizes a complex system of inner energy that nourishes health
and well-being, mental clarity and emotional balance.
Paranayama is the branch of yoga dedicated to balancing and regulating this
vital energy thru the manipulation of the breath.
